    • We need your booking information to ensure the products and services you have booked, are provided/ carried out to your requirements, this may involve sharing such information with some of our Third Party suppliers, only if they are directly involved in implementing the services you have booked.
    • We use your Contact history with us to provide you with customer service and any support and information you may need.
  • Achieve any legitimate interests for Complete Travel Connections
    • We use your contact information to create an account for you on our website, making it easier for you to manage your personal information stored as well as making your booking and payment processes with us easier too.
    • We also use your contact information when we ask for your feedback on our products and services to enable us to reply to you and ultimately improve those products/services.
    • We use online tools for customer research in order to tailor the ads and banners on our website to you.
    • We will also use your contact details to write to you or Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like unless you request us not to.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 16. Person’s under the age of 16 cannot book any of our services without the consent of a parent or guardian.

 

When Complete Travel Connections processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

 

How is your data stored?

Complete Travel Connections securely stores your data with its website host’s servers for www.completetravelconnections.com and www.netrepsglobal.com in an enterprise grade mySQL/MariaDB database which are secured by multiple levels of encryption.

Complete Travel Connections will keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us.

We will keep your booking information for as long as is required to complete and fulfil your booking; in most cases we will keep this information for 7 years after to the completion of a booking. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it completely from our servers databases.

Even if we delete your personal information it may continue to ‘live’ on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.
