The following terms and conditions apply to services provided by Complete Travel Connections (a trading name of Gatwick Connect Ltd) as part of your booking. These booking conditions apply to you and to all persons named in your booking.

All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of UK VAT

Terms & Conditions of booking

All rates quoted to you are the ‘START FROM’ rates – there may be additional charges which will be advised during the booking process.

Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. We will however do our utmost to keep you up to date of any price increase.

Meet and Assist Services

For UK Airports after the first 3 hours of service, an additional hourly charge starting at £35.00 will be added.

  • Departure services start from 3hrs prior to scheduled departure time.
  • Arrival services start from 1 Hour prior to scheduled Arrival time and end 2 hours after the scheduled Arrival time.
  • Transit services start from 30 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time of the first flight and end 2.5 hours after this time or the actual departure time of the second flight, whichever is sooner.

Any cancellation within 24hrs will result in FULL charge.

There is an additional £25.00 (or equivalent in applicable currency) for any late bookings made within 24 hours of the flight time.

Any amendments to flight times or changes in flights made within 24hours of the booked service taking place may result in a FULL cancellation charge for the original booking as well as the FULL charge of the revised booking.

Services provided at any UK airport during a UK Bank/Public holiday will be charge at normal rate except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day whereby we charge 300% of the full standard charge.

All rates are inclusive of foreign taxes, administration costs but excluding UK VAT @ 20% which is applicable to all services provided in the UK.

Airside access at some airports may be subject to possible security restrictions, we will advise at time of booking if this does occur.

Due to the nature of an Airport Operation, flights may be subject to last minute stand changes. If you are unable to see your Completetravelconnections representative, please call our Duty Office contact number on +44 (0)844 8002048. We will endeavour to provide direct contact information for our representatives at all airports (UK and Overseas) where services have been booked prior to the day the services are required; this is not guaranteed however, and is subject to individual airport procedures and last minute operational changes.

A contact number for the passenger travelling, their driver, or another representative travelling with the passengers booked, must be provided in advance of the scheduled booking time. Completetravelconnections cannot take responsibility for services which cannot be fulfilled due to the client party not being able to be contacted by the Completetravelconnections representative.

Liability

Our total liability for any loss shall not be more than the total sum we charge you for the booking. We will not be held liable or responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages to your business or that of any third party, nor for any loss of profits, opportunity, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of Completetravelconnections and/or in connection with these terms & conditions.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other matter which it would be illegal for us to (or attempt to) exclude or limit.

We accept no liability for the consequences of any delay or for any loss, cost or expense incurred by you as a result of the actions of any third party including without limitation the Customs or Immigration Authorities at any airport. You accept that you alone are responsible for compliance with all governmental regulations upon entry into and exit from all Airports and for ensuring that all required documents are in order and that any conditions to which such documents are subject are complied with.

You agree to indemnify us in respect of all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) which are awarded against or incurred by us as a direct result of your acts or omissions or the acts or omissions of any person covered by your booking in the course of using the Completetravelconnections.

Completetravelconnections employees and/or representatives are not permitted to hold infants or accept any responsibility for infants and children, including handling pushchairs and prams.

Completetravelconnections employees and/or representatives are not trained or insured to handle any baggage (cabin or checked in) please request a baggage porter at the time of booking if this is required.

Products & Services Provided by Third Parties

If we arrange for another company to provide you with products or services (for example, porter, Fast Track vouchers, Lounges, Airport parking or chauffeur cars) and issue you with confirmation relating to any such products and services, we are acting only as your agent in making those arrangements.  We do not guarantee that products and services provided by third parties will always conform to their exact description.

Airport Lounges

Airport Transfers

We will have no liability to you regarding any products and services we arrange for you which are to be provided by another company unless caused solely by our negligence.

Payment Completion

Only when a successful completion of payment has occurred will we confirm any booking, either via the website or via other means unless, a prior alternative agreement has been made where services are paid for post completion via a monthly invoice.

Unless such an agreement is in place, any unpaid booking request made through the website or other means, will remain unconfirmed and we will not be obliged to carry out any unpaid service until payment has been made.

Charges for Children

Children aged 24 months or under at time of travel will be free. Children above this age will be charged at the full rate.

Some products and services provided by third party suppliers will have their own age restrictions and charges, these will be apparent at the time of booking each particular service and displayed either, on the product booking page of the website or, during the any email correspondence prior to the customer confirming purchase of the particular product or service in question.

Complaints

We strive to ensure that your experience with Complete Travel Connections meets and where we can exceed your expectations however, we acknowledge that sometimes things may not turn out as you had hoped. If you are unsatisfied with any products or services purchased through the Complete Travel Connections website or, if you have any queries at all relating to a product or service booked through the Complete Travel Connections website, you should write to us as soon as possible via email to enquires@ctc-vip.com

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Complete Travel Connections reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, at its discretion within reason.
