I just wanted to thank you for doing such an amazing job for my partner and I on arrival at Gatwick Airport for our flight to Cyprus last week. You made flying an absolute pleasure. Your colleague who met us on the way back was also superb so I am extremely grateful. Please just let me know their contact details. As a full-time wheelchair user, things are not always easy when travelling and you made my journey stress free and extremely enjoyable, so thank you !

“Hello, I wanted to write to pass on some feedback after a recent holiday Due to a road traffic accident, the motorway I was travelling on was closed for close to 2 hours and I was stuck on there, this followed by a diversion around the accident meant I missed my outbound flight. The service provided by both Luke’s was exceptional and is a credit to your company.
On arrival at the airport I telephoned the emergency telephone helpline provided and spoke to Luke . From the outset Luke was extremely helpful and suggested a number of solutions. In the end we opted to purchase alternative flight seats to our destination airport but this raised concerns over onward travel and transfers which had obviously been missed. Again Luke was extremely helpful and contacted the team in France and managed to make arrangements for us to be met at the airport and that whilst we were on the flight the resort staff would try and sort something out. Throughout the various phone calls as I have already stated Luke was extremely helpful, but not only that he was re-assuring at what was quite a frantic time and I would like to pass on my sincere thanks for all the help he provided as without it I am not sure the holiday would have taken place.
Please accept this gift as a token of appreciation for the excellent service you provide at Gatwick Airport whenever I travel, in the main this is to Barbados but also recently to Genoa in Italy.
I really do appreciate the way you, Noel and your other staff look after me, in particular on my arrival back at Gatwick, meeting me with a wheelchair at the aircraft door.

I have just been speaking to Mrs XXXXX about her South Africa holiday and she said everything went like clockwork with the meet and greet you arranged in Cape Town, she was very impressed with the whole service, she said the people who met her were friendly and knowledgeable and she couldn’t fault a thing, so something we would book in the future!
