Our rep will meet you from a pre-arranged meeting point, assist with as many bags as they can manage on their own and escort you through check-in, expressing where possible, and up to security. Our rep will escort all passengers through security and onwards to the lounge in which you are booked (or any desired point within the departure lounge).
Our office will be in contact 3 days before the service to arrange a meeting time and place.
Any queries you may have regarding check-in, luggage allowance, upgrades, seating etc. we will attempt to sort out before you arrive; if our rep is unable to do so, he will assist with those queries when you arrive.
If any member of the party requires wheelchair assistance we will endeavour to either make sure a member of the wheelchair assistance team is present with us or, we will wheel the passenger ourselves if they have nobody available; this is to ensure the time waiting for a wheelchair is minimal!
Assistance for luggage exceeding 4 bags (or one trolley load) will be subject to ‘luggage assistance charges, depending on the number of bags and the airport.
