Our rep will be waiting at the designated reclaim belt with name displayed on their iPad, they will assist with as many bags as they can handle on their own or arrange for a porter/luggage assistance (extra charges apply) if the number of bags exceeds what the rep can handle. Our rep will escort the passengers out to their driver or onto their onward transportation or hotel arrangements.

COVID-19 Notice
Greeters
Our greeters will wear a protective mask at all times in and around the airports, and regularly sanitise their hands before, during and after every meet. They will not shake hands with anybody and where possible keep a distance greater than 1m. Our greeters will still assist with bags at their discretion and where luggage assistance is specifically booked.
Drivers
Our drivers are being advised to wear masks and gloves at all times. All Vehicles are cleaned regularly, internally and externally. Social distancing will be practised where possible.
