Description
Waiting time is applicable on all vehicles and is charged at their applicable hourly rate. There is a 15 minute grace period across all vehicles.
Any additional charges such as parking are applied to the final invoice charged at cost.
Vehicles cancelled two hours prior to a London collection will be charged in full, other collection addresses will be reviewed on a per job basis.

COVID-19 Notice
Greeters
Our greeters will wear a protective mask at all times in and around the airports, and regularly sanitise their hands before, during and after every meet. They will not shake hands with anybody and where possible keep a distance greater than 1m. Our greeters will still assist with bags at their discretion and where luggage assistance is specifically booked.
Drivers
Our drivers are being advised to wear masks and gloves at all times. All Vehicles are cleaned regularly, internally and externally. Social distancing will be practised where possible.

Fast Track Passport Control is a dedicated lane available at a select few airports that allows you to breeze through the passport checking process during the airports busiest times.
Prices can vary depending on which airport you arrive in to.
Cancellation Policy - All Fast Track services cancelled within a 48 hour period of the booking date will be subject to a Full Charge.

Fast Track is a dedicated lane, allowing you to pass through security quickly when flying out of your chosen airport.
Prices can vary depending from which airport you depart.
