Waiting time is applicable on all vehicles and is charged at their applicable hourly rate. There is a 15 minute grace period across all vehicles.
Any additional charges such as parking are applied to the final invoice charged at cost.
Vehicles cancelled two hours prior to a London collection will be charged in full, other collection addresses will be reviewed on a per job basis.
