Description
Our agent will be waiting at the aircraft jetty with name displayed; they will escort passengers through passport control to Baggage Reclaim, where they will assist with collecting your luggage. Luggage porters will have to be pre-booked (extra charges apply) if the number of bags exceeds what the agent can handle. Our agent will escort the passengers out to their driver or onto their onward transportation.
If any member of the party requires wheelchair assistance the agent will endeavour to make sure a member of the wheelchair assistance team is present with them.

COVID-19 Notice
Greeters
Our greeters will wear a protective mask at all times in and around the airports, and regularly sanitise their hands before, during and after every meet. They will not shake hands with anybody and where possible keep a distance greater than 1m. Our greeters will still assist with bags at their discretion and where luggage assistance is specifically booked.
Drivers
Our drivers are being advised to wear masks and gloves at all times. All Vehicles are cleaned regularly, internally and externally. Social distancing will be practised where possible.

Private Aviation Suite (FBO)

If, for whatever reason, you have to fly commercial but do not want people to know, then a Private Aviation Suite is the answer. You get your own dedicated security and customs screening, avoiding the normal delays you get at the airline check in and airport security. You are relieved of your luggage on arrival at the private suite and get a your own area within the suite, including a range of food and refreshments.
When ready, a private chauffeur will drive you directly to the aircraft, avoiding any of the crowds at the gate, and board directly onto the aircraft.
