Our agent will meet you from a pre-arranged meeting point, assist with as many bags as they can manage on their own and escort you through check-in, expressing where possible and up to Security. Our agent will escort all passengers through Security and onwards to the lounge in which you are booked (or any desired point within the Departure Lounge). Once through our agent will agree a time and place to meet back up and escort you to the Departure Gate.
Our office will be in contact 72 hours before the service to arrange a meeting time and place.
Any queries you may have regarding check-in, luggage allowance, upgrades, seating etc. we will attempt to sort out before you arrive; if our rep is unable to do so, he will assist with those queries when you arrive.
If any member of the party requires wheelchair assistance, we will endeavour to either make sure a member of the wheelchair assistance team is present with us or, we will wheel the passenger if they have nobody available; this is to ensure the time waiting for a wheelchair is minimal!
Assistance for luggage exceeding will have to be pre-booked.
