Description

Our AssiStar Liaison will meet you at the predetermined meeting point, assist with luggage and escort you through check-in, expressing where possible and up to security. Our Liaison will escort all passengers through security (fast track available at selected airports charged up to £5 extra per person) and onward to the lounge in which you are booked (or any desired point within the departure lounge). Once through, our Liaison will agree a time and place to meet back up and escort you to the departure gate.

Our office will be in contact 48 hours before the service to arrange a meeting time and place.

If any member of the party requires wheelchair assistance, we will endeavour to either make sure a member of the wheelchair assistance team is present with us.

This service is for up to five people and additional passengers attract a charge of £15 per person. Taking into account delays and early arrivals this service is covered for up to 2.5 hours. Any additional hours are charged at £30 per hour per AssiStar Liaison.

SuperStar T&C’s

  • The service is based on the duration period and not the description of the services offered.
  • Service Duration from confirmed “Meet Time” = 150 minutes or less.
  • If any delays (including flight delays) result in the service duration being exceeded, the AssiStar Liaison may have to stop the service for operational reasons.
  • Luggage – The AssiStar Liaison will provide assistance with luggage but there may be instances when they cannot.

Our customers’ safety is our priority, whilst we are working to each airport’s regulations, we have taken extra precautions with all services we provide to minimise any risk and maximise our customers and our staff’s safety.

We wish everybody the best of health, stay safe! 

Greeters

Our greeters will wear a protective mask at all times in and around the airports, and regularly sanitise their hands before, during and after every meet. They will not shake hands with anybody and where possible keep a distance greater than 1m. Our greeters will still assist with bags at their discretion and where luggage assistance is specifically booked.

Drivers

Our drivers are being advised to wear masks and gloves at all times. All Vehicles are cleaned regularly, internally and externally. Social distancing will be practised where possible.

Lounges

Some lounge partners remain closed throughout the lockdown period but once the current lockdown measures ease will re-open with the following in place:
  • Contactless reception – you will still be greeted with a warm welcome from the team but at a distance
  • Seating etc. has been adapted to still ensure guests can relax in comfort and style, socially distant from other groups.
  • All buffets have been withdrawn, in favour of table service
  • A new, high quality simplified hot and cold food menu will be introduced, which reduces interaction and minimises contact between the team and with guests.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the lounge for your peace of mind.

We will escort you through border control’s and assist with collecting your bags from the reclaim belt. We can liaise with your chauffeur and escort you straight out to the drop off point, save time and parking costs. We can escort you to your airport hotel or the railway station to catch your train. We can be there for whatever you require. If you are catching a connecting flight, and are in transit, we can also assist.
