This service is currently only bookable online for Gatwick and Heathrow Airports, that does not mean we cannot provide a similar service at other airports; if you require luggage assistance at another airport, please call or email us and we will try our best to help you.
If you require VAT reclaim or Carnet declaration, please tick the box above, failure to do so when these services are required may result in our services being terminated and no refund given.
COVID-19 Notice
Greeters
Our greeters will wear a protective mask at all times in and around the airports, and regularly sanitise their hands before, during and after every meet. They will not shake hands with anybody and where possible keep a distance greater than 1m. Our greeters will still assist with bags at their discretion and where luggage assistance is specifically booked.
Drivers
Our drivers are being advised to wear masks and gloves at all times. All Vehicles are cleaned regularly, internally and externally. Social distancing will be practised where possible.
