This service is currently only bookable online for Gatwick and Heathrow Airports, that does not mean we cannot provide a similar service at other airports; if you require luggage assistance at another airport, please call or email us and we will try our best to help you.
If you require VAT reclaim or Carnet declaration, please tick the box above, failure to do so when these services are required may result in our services being terminated and no refund given.
COVID-19 Notice
Greeters
Our greeters will wear a protective mask at all times in and around the airports, and regularly sanitise their hands before, during and after every meet. They will not shake hands with anybody and where possible keep a distance greater than 1m. Our greeters will still assist with bags at their discretion and where luggage assistance is specifically booked.
Drivers
Our drivers are being advised to wear masks and gloves at all times. All Vehicles are cleaned regularly, internally and externally. Social distancing will be practised where possible.

Some lounge partners remain closed throughout the lockdown period but once the current lockdown measures ease will re-open with the following in place:

Airport Passport Control Fast Track Service

Fast Track Passport Control is a dedicated lane available at a select few airports that allows you to breeze through the passport checking process during the airports busiest times.
Prices can vary depending on which airport you arrive in to.
Cancellation Policy - All Fast Track services cancelled within a 48 hour period of the booking date will be subject to a Full Charge.
Manchester Airport T2
Escape Lounge
Terminal 2 - These lounges allow you to escape to serenity; the perfect sanctuaries to catch up on some work or unwind with some freshly prepared food and a complimentary drink or two.
Plus unlimited WiFi, glossy magazines, quality newspapers, TVs and charging points.
PLEASE NOTE
There are two Escape Lounges in Terminal 2. Which lounge you are allocated will be dependent upon capacity on the day.
Heathrow Airport Terminal 4
Plaza Premium Lounge
Located between Gate No.1A and 1B, Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 4 Departures Hall is the perfect sanctuary for travellers to relax before the next destination.
