All flights at Heathrow are now operating from Terminals 2 and 5 following the temporary relocation of airlines from Terminals 3 and 4. Rail operations will continue to serve Terminals 2 and 5; but are suspended to Terminal 4.
China Southern Airlines, Japan Airlines and Qatar Airways have been temporarily relocated and now fly from Terminal 5.
It is very important that passengers use the ‘Which Terminal’ guide found here https://www.heathrow.com/airline-contact-info. and keep in touch with your airline to confirm which terminal their flight departs from before travelling to the airport.
We also remind all passengers to adhere to the UK Government’s social distancing guidelines, and only arrive at the airport two hours before a European flight and three hours before a long-haul flight. It is not necessary to arrive at the airport early, and please do not come into the terminals unless you are travelling yourself.
